Princeton from a Palmer Square Window
Princeton, USA
An inverted walking tour: the walking happens indoors, across a single top-floor room, and Princeton comes to you as a series of framed windows. Beginning in the center with the manufactured Colonial-Revival history of Palmer Square itself, the route spirals out and clockwise \u2014 Nassau Hall, Cleveland Tower, the Battle Monument, the far horizon, the Square and Nassau Inn, the town, the Gothic skyline \u2014 and ends at the window that looks onto FitzRandolph Gate, the one that's really a door. A companion piece that ties together the Cradle of the Nation, Stone & Spire, and Minds walks.
